In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, you may inform us within seven days of receiving the delivery. To initiate the return process, please email us at support@suvicurebiotech.com with your order number and reason for the replacement/refund. If the ordered product is ineligible for a refund, we will return the product to you. Suvicure Biotech reserves the right to determine the eligibility for returns, and the customer shall accept our final decision without dispute.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
The item may be damaged during transit.
An incorrect item was delivered
In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the full amount if the request for replacement/return is made within seven days of receiving the package. To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@suvicurebiotech.com with your order number and reason for the request. We are not responsible for any items returned without our prior confirmation.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we will endeavor to offer the best possible alternatives, prioritizing the customer’s choice. If the customer has already paid, a 100% refund will be processed if the product is not available or has not been shipped.
Refund of Payment
Payment deductions for a product will be reversed if made by credit card. Refunds for online payments are typically processed within seven days.
Cancellation of Order by User
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@suvicurebiotech.com with your order details. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within seven business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of Order by Suvicure Biotech
Suvicure Biotech reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product, for any reason (e.g., incorrect listed price), regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided to the customer within seven working days.
